Responsibilities and duties of the Compliance Manager role

As the Compliance Manager you will:

Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring best practices in health, safety, quality, and environmental performance. Manage and develop the site's SharePoint-based IMS platform to support effective compliance tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the central HSEQ team to align local documentation and standards with corporate frameworks. Oversee the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and Incident Response Plans. Ensure full legal compliance across the facility by supporting operational and facility managers with up-to-date guidance. Lead the establishment and operation of the Health & Safety Committee, ensuring proper communication of findings and actions. Monitor and report on key compliance KPIs, providing data-driven insights to demonstrate performance.
