Job Description

Acquinex | Interim Contract | 4-6 month | Immediate start

We are seeking a hands-on Compliance & Regulatory Contractor for an immediate start. This is a predominantly operational role, with some advisory elements but not strategy-only. You will be the on-the-ground compliance lead, responsible for delivering day-to-day compliance activity across a growing international insurance platform. No team, no layers, you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detail.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing day-to-day compliance operations Delivering monitoring and oversight activity Drafting and embedding policies & procedures Supporting cross-border regulatory requirements Handling real-time compliance queries from the business Supporting regulatory reporting and documentation

We’re looking for:

Strong insurance / MGA compliance experience Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and conduct requirements Proven European compliance experience Proven operational delivery in regulated environments Confident working autonomously Available immediately or at very short notice

This is a fast-moving, scale-up style environment ideal for a contractor who enjoys impact over politics. Day rate and IR35 status to be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
