Compliance Manager - Private Markets
A Top Tier Asset Manager is looking for a Compliance Manager - The position focuses on maintaining strong compliance standards, managing regulatory risk, and enabling new investment strategies across private equity, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise on regulatory requirements throughout the investment lifecycle
• Monitor current and emerging regulations (AIFMD, FCA, ESG, AML, MiFID II)
• Develop and enhance compliance frameworks for new private‑asset strategies
• Review and approve marketing materials and investor communications
• Support new fund launches, distribution arrangements, and transaction structuring
• Deliver targeted compliance training
• Update internal policies and procedures
• Oversee compliance and risk monitoring programmes
• Prepare compliance reports and management information for senior stakeholders
• Represent Compliance in committees and working groups
