Job Family Group: Ethics & Compliance Group Job Description: Job Profile Summary We have an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Manager to lead our regulatory reporting operations oversight, change programme and controls framework in the wholesale energy market and financial regulations space. As a license to operate function, we play a meaningful role in keeping bp ST&S safe and aligned with multi-jurisdictional regulatory obligations. The preferred candidate must possess robust leadership capability, excellent work ethics and show clear passion for compliance, reporting assurance and controls. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the wholesale energy markets and financial regulations in one or more jurisdictions (EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II, MAS and/or ASIC), possess strong change management expertise and experience of leading projects or teams. In this role, you will provide regulatory reporting advice to our trading and supply business, while building positive relationships with senior business and functional stakeholders. In leading our reporting operations oversight, you will work alongside the Senior Compliance Manager, Compliance Managers and Regulatory Reporting Specialists across location hubs in London, Poland and India.
