My client are an award-winning Contractor who are proud to be a family-run business with over 35 years of experience in delivering specialist heating and renewable services across the North of England. The business handles a wide range of projects, working predominantly with Social Housing Providers and Local Authorities across heating, renewables, plumbing and M&E. They have an exciting opportunity available for a candidate to join their business as part of the senior leadership team to develop their compliance department, based in their Wigan Head Offices. This is a new role created due to the growth of the business and their continued expansion within the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities: The role will be responsible for ensuring all projects are compliant with OFGEM and PAS 2030/2035 requirements. Lead and manage the compliance function across the group. Ensure all projects meet OFGEM, PAS2030, and PAS2035 standards. Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Liaise with installers, site managers, and retrofit professionals to maintain compliance. Prepare progress reports for senior leadership. Track incoming files and manage uploads to client portals.
