Hartrigg Oaks, New Earswick - with frequent travel to all care services locations 14 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover), Full Time (35 hours per week) *Please note that we do not currently offer any Tier 2 sponsorship* About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and enhance the quality and compliance of our care services. The successful candidate will coordinate the annual audit and quality assurance schedule in collaboration with service managers and senior leadership, undertaking pre-audit research, data analysis and audit preparation to identify areas for improvement. You will carry out audits in line with regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards, recording and reporting findings, producing action plans, and monitoring their completion. A key aspect of the role is identifying training needs through audit outcomes and liaising with the Learning and Development team to implement solutions. You will escalate non-compliance risks and safeguarding concerns promptly, support managers during regulatory inspections and visits, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
