Arden White Aerospace and Defence Recruitment are currently working with a leading aviation company.
We are currently recruiting for Compliance Monitoring Manager to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities:
Manages the organisations internal compliance monitoring system in support of the Companys CAA Approvals and its ISO Accreditation
They also carry out contractor and sub-contractor audits when compliance issues are identified or when requested by a contract holder.
The Compliance Monitoring Manager manages the organisations Part 145 certifying staff authorisation system and is responsible for maintaining staff records to support the Companys approvals
The Compliance Monitoring Manager is the focal point for liaising with CAA and any other regulatory or accreditation stake holders on all Compliance monitoring matters

Qualifications & Experience
Experience of working within an ISO 9001-2015 compliance and quality department/environment.
A comprehensive knowledge of Civil and Military regulation relevant to Continuing Airworthiness.
Aircraft maintenance experience in a line or base environment.
Meet the pre-requisite qualification and experience requirements to hold a UK CAA Nominated Post Holder position for Part 145 & Part CAMO Compliance Manager
Part M, Part 145, Part 66, Part 147, Part ML and Part CAMO.
