Compliance Officer/ Contract Delivery Surveyor required to work with leading Midlands based Housing Association on a permanent contract.

My client requires an experienced and professional Compliance Officer/ Surveyor to join their specialist repairs team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of building and property maintenance.

You will support the effective delivery of contracted and internal maintenance services focused on gas compliance and remedial works programmes ensuring that contracted works are delivered in a tenant-centric manner and in-line with current regulation and legislation.

Working closely with the wider team and contractors, you'll ensure that challenging operational objectives and KPIs are achieved in a legislatively compliant, timely, cost effective and tenant-focused manner at all times. On a daily basis you'll demonstrate a dedication to achieving compliance performance and achieving targets for respective gas compliance contracts; relishing the opportunity to gain value for money whilst ensuring that our tenants are provided with a seamless high-quality service.
