This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in property compliance to play a key role in ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met across a diverse housing portfolio. The Role Supporting the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of statutory compliance services. This includes overseeing key compliance areas such as gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, legionella, lifts, and wider mechanical and electrical services. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring a high-quality, value-for-money compliance service is delivered, while maintaining accurate data, reporting performance, and working closely with internal teams and external contractors. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and management of the organisations compliance framework Oversee servicing, inspection programmes, and follow-up works Ensure compliance data is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready Monitor performance and produce regular compliance reports Manage contractor relationships, meetings, and performance Raise works orders, manage variations, and reconcile invoices Support audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Provide technical advice on property compliance and health & safety About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring: Experience in property compliance within housing or a similar sector Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance legislation (gas, fire, electrical, asbestos, etc.) Experience managing contractors and compliance xehkeey programmes Good data management and reporting skills (including Excel) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive, organised, and performance-driven approach Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and compliance-related training are desirable.
