TXM Recruit are working in partnership with a leading organisation within the rail freight and maintenance sector to recruit a Compliance, Quality & Safety Manager for their Stoke depot.

This is a key leadership position focused on driving continuous improvement, championing a strong safety culture, and ensuring full compliance across a busy maintenance environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping operational standards, influencing workforce behaviours, and supporting the long-term success of the depot.

The Role As Compliance, Quality & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant operations across the site. You will lead from the front in developing a proactive safety culture, while overseeing audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also support investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures to ensure operational excellence and minimise risk.
