Rate: £30 - £35 per hour
Shifts: Days, Nights, Weekends available
Start Date: Mid - End of October
End Date: Feb - March

About the Role We are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join a high-profile motorsport project. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, world-class environment, producing components to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Laminating carbon fibre pre-preg components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.

Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave curing processes.

Producing both structural and non-structural composite parts.

Working to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Following strict health, safety, and FOD prevention practices.

Collaborating with the wider composites team to ensure project delivery.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Composite Laminator in motorsport, F1, or other high-performance industries.

Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and lay-up manuals.

Flexible to work across days, nights, and weekends.

Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively under pressure
