Composite Laminator Night Shift Location: Berkshire Area
Shift: Mon Thurs | 6:00pm 6:00am (48 hours)
Pay: £24£25 per hour (Outside IR35)
Im currently working with a specialist advanced engineering business looking for an experienced Composite Laminator to join their night shift team.
This is an initial contract role with a strong chance of going permanent for the right person.
The Role
  • Composite laminating and lay-up work
  • Working with high-performance materials
  • Producing high-quality components in a fast-paced environment

Details
  • Night shift: Monday to Thursday
  • 48-hour working week
  • Overtime available at weekends
  • Outside IR35 contract
  • Potential to go permanent

What Were Looking For
  • Experience in composite laminating / lay-up
  • Background in motorsport ideally
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
