Job Title:Composite Laminator (Weekends/Nights) Location:North Buckinghamshire Rate:£22- £30 per hour (Outside IR35) Contract:Ongoing Overview: We are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in the North Buckinghamshireregion who are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join their day shift team. You will be producing high-quality composite components for motorsport and advanced engineering projects, working to tight tolerances and high standards. Key Responsibilities:Hand-lay carbon fibre laminating using pre-preg materialsWorking from technical drawings, ply books and work instructionsPreparing moulds, including cleaning, release application and general prepBagging and de-bagging componentsTrimming, bonding and finishing composite partsEnsuring components meet quality, dimensional and cosmetic requirementsSupporting production schedules and working effectively within a team environment Requirements:Previous experience as a composite laminator (motorsport or high-end composites preferred)Strong understanding of pre-preg laminating and cleanroom processesAbility to interpret technical drawings and ply booksExcellent attention to detailReliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentJBRP1_UKTJ
