We are currently recruiting several experienced Composite Laminator contractors to support high‑profile automotive and supercar programmes. This contract opportunity offers hands‑on involvement in the manufacture of cutting‑edge composite components within a fast‑paced, precision‑driven environment.
The Role

As a Composite Laminator Consultant, you will be responsible for the lay‑up, manufacture, and preparation of advanced composite components, working to exacting quality, performance, and appearance standards.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Composite Laminator
Strong hands‑on experience with pre‑preg carbon fibre lay‑up
Confident reading engineering drawings, ply books, and manufacturing instructions
Practical experience with vacuum bagging and autoclave processes
High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
Ability to work independently in a consultative / contract environment
