The Opportunity

We are seeking a Composite Laminator to join a high-performance manufacturing team at a new facility in Silverstone. You will be responsible for the lamination of advanced composite components, contributing directly to production quality, efficiency, and overall vehicle performance.
Key Responsibilities: Follow detailed work instructions and technical specifications to ensure product conformity Prepare composite materials and set up lamination equipment Carry out hand lay-up and vacuum bagging processes Inspect and test composite components for quality and accuracy prior to assembly De-mould parts and prepare components for trim shop and post-cure processes Operate autoclaves in line with defined procedures
