Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: 48 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday PM to Friday AM Working Hours: 18:00 – 06:00
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Trimmer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is comfortable working night shifts and takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out trimming operations to required quality standards
* Operate and maintain relevant machinery safely and efficiently
* Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Work collaboratively with the wider production team
* Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in a trimming or similar role
* Ability to work permanent night shifts
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
* Good understanding of health & safety practices
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
