This is a full time temporary role, which can become a full time permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role As Concierge Team Leader, you will supervise the concierge team to ensure the service operates safely and effectively, particularly during evenings, nights, and weekends. You will support staff, respond to incidents, and ensure procedures relating to safeguarding, security, and resident welfare are followed. You will also play an important role in maintaining a calm and professional environment , supporting residents and liaising with support staff where necessary.
