We're looking for a driven, commercially savvy Conference & Events Sales Manager to take the lead at Easter Road Stadium - an iconic venue and the home of Hibernian FC.

What you'll be doing... This isn't a sit-back-and-wait role. You'll be right at the heart of the action: Driving new business through proactive outreach, networking, and smart market activity Turning enquiries into confirmed, revenue-generating events Hosting engaging venue tours and standout client presentations Building strong partnerships with corporates, agencies & local organisations Representing the stadium at industry events and networking opportunities Owning your sales pipeline and performance through CRM tracking Working closely with operations & catering to deliver seamless, memorable events Consistently hitting (and exceeding) targets and revenue goals Working Pattern : Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours per week | 9:00 - 17:00
