This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Conference Producer to work on globally recognised, content-led events that bring together some of the most influential founders, investors and business leaders in the world.


About the company

Our client is a highly respected global membership and events organisation built around a peer-to-peer community of entrepreneurs, investors and senior executives. They’ve grown from an intimate London gathering into a global platform hosting flagship forums across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. Their events are known for being creative, intimate and genuinely impactful - far removed from traditional corporate conferences - and are supported by a wider ecosystem designed to help founders at every stage of their journey.


Responsibilities include:

  • Producing and delivering 3–4 high-profile international events per year
  • Researching themes, shaping agendas and securing world-class speakers
  • Managing senior stakeholders, partners and contributors across global markets
  • Playing a key role in the delivery of flagship events alongside senior leadership


Requirements include:

  • At least 18 months’ experience producing conferences or content-led events
  • Creative mindset with a strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship or innovation
  • Confidence working with senior speakers, founders and executives
  • Organised, proactive approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects
