Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven IPS Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high‑quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services across Daventry. You will lead a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring the service provides intensive, personalised employment support to people facing complex barriers including disabilities, autism, learning difficulties, mental health challenges and disadvantage. This role combines team leadership, performance management, partnership development, employer engagement and direct client work. You will champion IPS fidelity, drive high‑quality practice, and support your team to achieve life‑changing employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
