Construction Associate
New Today
Job Description
This is an amazing and rare opportunity to join one of the leading construction teams in the country.
I’m working with a leading international firm whose Construction and Engineering team is seeking to appoint an additional Associate into its non-contentious practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious construction lawyer to join a nationally recognised group, gain exposure to market-leading work, and learn from some of the most respected experts in the sector.
The role
The work is broad and varied, covering building, residential and living accommodation, civil and process plant engineering, energy, infrastructure, transport and utilities across both the private and public sectors. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues in related areas such as Real Estate, Banking and Projects, giving the role real variety and depth.
Expect to advise an impressive client base that includes government bodies, funders, developers, employers, constructors and professional teams. You’ll develop strong relationships, act as a trusted advisor and refine your expertise in procurement, project support and dispute avoidance.
This is a high-performing team with a reputation for developing people. You’ll benefit from structured support to accelerate your career and have opportunities to work with colleagues in other offices and jurisdictions as the group continues to grow.
Culture & Work/Life Balance
The firm is known for being supportive and collaborative, with a genuine emphasis on work/life balance. Hybrid working is flexible, offices are modern and inclusive, and there’s a strong focus on professional growth and celebrating individuality through networks and regular initiatives. It’s an environment where you can thrive personally as well as professionally.
