We’re Hiring: Contracts Manager – Civil Engineering (Concrete Repairs Specialist)

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in civil engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects? Join our team and take the lead in managing multiple contracts in the specialist area of concrete repairs.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee multiple construction projects or a major significant project from start to finish Plan, program, and resource contracts while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance Manage budgets, claims, variations, and final accounts Provide technical, contractual, and legal guidance to your team Liaise with clients, engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors Motivate, develop, and lead a team of engineers and operatives Contribute to company policies, sustainability goals, and a safe, supportive workplace

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience running multiple construction contracts independently Knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts, CDM regulations, SHEQ procedures, and employment legislation Strong planning, financial, leadership, and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and a Degree / NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Construction MICE / CEng, MCiob, ICorr / MiCorr (achieved or working towards) Full UK Driver’s Licence
