An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Construction Disputes Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join a highly regarded team at a highly ranked Legal 500 firm.
The Firm
A leading London law firm with a strong reputation across real estate, private wealth, and construction. Known for its collaborative culture and high-quality client base, the firm combines top-tier work with a genuinely supportive and collegiate environment.
The Role
You will join a well-established construction disputes team, advising an impressive roster of developers, investors, contractors, and high-net-worth individuals. The work is varied and often high-value, including:
Adjudications, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution
Complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes
Advising on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies
Supporting on projects with an international dimension
This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, work closely with partners, and play a key role in client relationships.
The Candidate
England & Wales qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
Strong experience in construction disputes (contentious focus essential)
Background at a reputable City, regional, or specialist construction firm
Experience in adjudication and/or High Court litigation
Commercially astute with excellent drafting and advocacy skills
A confident communicator with a proactive and team-oriented approach
