Job DescriptionJob Description
We are looking for an Estimator to join a Premier Contractor in central Alabama. This is a rare opportunity to work with a family owned and operated business who genuinely cares for their people and wants them to succeed. All projects are located in Central Alabama.
Primary Functions:
· Prepare and present project estimates by gathering proposals, prints, specs, and other project related documents
· Perform material take-offs
· Provide labor estimates for SOW
· Change Order pricing
· Contract Review
Qualifications:
· Construction Experience – prior field experience is a plus
· Estimating and/or Project Engineer/Manager Experience
· Experience with takeoff/estimating software
· Must be well versed in MS Office
