The Opportunity
Our client, a respected UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to strengthen its team. This is a strategic hire offering:
Direct exposure to both contentious and non-contentious construction work Opportunities to influence team strategy and growth A supportive environment with career visibility and development
What You’ll Do
Advise on construction contracts and project documentation Support clients across the full lifecycle of construction projects Handle or assist with construction disputes where relevant Build and maintain client relationships Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Qualified Lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) Mid to Senior Associate (2–7 PQE) in construction law Experience in contentious, non-contentious, or mixed construction work Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills Ability to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders
Desirable:
Experience within a recognised construction or project practice Interest in shaping and growing a developing team Comfortable operating with autonomy
