Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer 4+ PQE

Tier 2 Legal 500 Ranked Firm | London | Hybrid Working


MAP Legal are working with a highly regarded Top Tier Legal 500 construction team in London that is looking to welcome an experienced Non-Contentious Senior Associate to its growing practice.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a team known for advising on energy, real estate, transport and commercial and mixed-use developments. The group leverages cross-sector expertise to serve as a key port of call for contractors, developers, and public authorities.


The Role

  • Advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, bespoke forms)
  • Supporting large-scale infrastructure, commercial, residential and energy projects
  • Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and the wider commercial teams
  • Opportunity to lead on your own matters depending on experience level


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ PQE with solid non-contentious construction experience
  • Background from a highly ranked national or international firm
  • Strong contract drafting skills and commercial awareness
  • A collaborative, proactive individual who enjoys client contact
  • Keen to grow within a supportive, future-facing construction team
