Construction Associate c.2-6pqe


This excellent City law firm has a new opening for a non-contentious Construction Associate. The firm is ranked for its real estate and construction teams, and work will include high quality development, retail, hospitality, regeneration, student accommodation, and private residential development.


The team wishes to hire an Associate at the mid-level with at least 2 years’ PQE in a highly regarded Construction team. Candidates must have excellent drafting experience and strong knowledge of JCT, FIDIC and NEC standard forms. Working within a lean team, you will enjoy direct client contact with developers, corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and funds. Ideally, this will be a first career move following qualification as the team would like continuity of experience.
