What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality teaching and practical training across Construction programmes (e.g. Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plumbing, Multi-Skills or related trades)
• Teach adult learners and support skills development aligned to industry standards
• Deliver engaging sessions that blend technical knowledge with practical, hands-on application
• Prepare learners for employment within the construction sector or progression to further study
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, assessment, and professional practice
• Support learners in developing employability skills, confidence, and industry readiness

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Construction qualification (Level 3 or above in a trade discipline)
• Recent and substantial industry experience within the construction sector
• Up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, legislation, and health & safety practices
• Teaching, assessing, or IQA qualifications are welcomed but not essential
• A passion for developing adult learners and supporting career progression
