1 x LUL Construction manager /Senior site manager for Selhurst depot. Budget £300- £325 Day rate paid by CIS. Radiant heating installation and new gantry. MEP knowledge a bonus.
SMSTS and 3 day first Aid, Sentinel ICI
One years project +
Working hours, 07:30 - 17:30 Must live within 30 minute drive or 45min train.
Must be able to complete the following tasks.
1. WPP to an NR standard or TFL.
2. RAMS submission.
3. Programme management & reviews and update with contractors.
4. Contractor communications.
5. Client communications.
6. EWN submissions to client and contractors.
7. NCE submissions to client and contractors .
8. Produce progress reports (power point a bonus)
9. Daily management of contractors time keeping, progress, variation to contract etc.
10. Daily and weekly safety inspections and recording.
11. Top up heaters with diesel
12. Inductions.
13. Quality checks for installation.
14. Cost control at site level.
15. Welfare management.
16. Booking roads for work. (Visual submission)
17. Client progress meetings with SPM in attendance.
