Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Duration of Contract: 4 Months


The Role

A Construction Manager is required for an immediate start. Reporting to the Project Lead, managing the final push to completion of a project consisting of five high end residential units (town houses) at a logistically challenging central London based location.


Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to;

  • Construction managing the sub-contractors on site (up to 60 operatives).
  • Establishing from the Project Programme to Complete, the weekly and daily programme activities that need to be achieved by the sub-contractors, communicating these activities and monitoring actual progress against forecast.
  • Submitting weekly progress reports to the Project Lead, identifying the cause of any delays.
  • Reviewing quality of the sub-contractors' works, raising snags and managing sign-off of completed works.
  • Coordination as required with the Architect.
  • Coordinating change control if required.


Key Requirements

  • A full time presence on site.
  • Experience working on high end residential projects is desirable (not essential).
  • Appropriate health and safety qualifications.
  • Available to start immediately.
