Due to continued business growth our client are recruiting for a Regional Construction Manager to play a key part of their technical support & project management team. With their head office based in Northampton you will be provided a company vehicle to manage projects around the South West region remotely with a requirement to visit sites within your region. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: Northampton

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management where you will lead and manage incoming construction projects. Providing regular progress updates in weekly team meetings to various departments. Act as the primary contact for all technical site queries for your designated clients. Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients and contractors for all sites. Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee live sites, conducting surveys pre-, during, and post-installation. Manage sub-contractors to ensure progress and quality standards are met. Attend site sign-off meetings with clients and contractors.
