The project runs for 18 weeks and requires a strong No.1 on site to take full control of delivery from start to finish.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as the No.1 on site, reporting into the Contracts Manager\n\nOversee daily site operations, ensuring programme, quality, and safety are maintained\n\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors\n\nWork closely with the design and commercial teams\n\nDrive the construction programme and ensure timely delivery\n\nChair site meetings and manage all on-site activity and logistics\n\nMaintain a clean, compliant, and efficient working site\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience leading CAT A or CAT B fit out projects as No.1\n\nSolid background in Design & Build\n\nStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skills\n\nAble to manage fast-paced, high-spec projects to tight deadlines\n\nValid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid\n\nApply Now:\n Immediate start available.
