A fast-growing, ambitious main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a landmark high-rise student accommodation scheme in Central London.

• High-rise purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA)

The Role as a Site Manager

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a section of works through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management of subcontractors
• Coordinating trades and managing programme targets
• Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety procedures
• Quality inspections and compliance checks
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Managing logistics in a constrained city-centre environment
• Driving standards and maintaining site documentation

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential or student accommodation projects
• Strong knowledge of RC frame construction and fit-out phases
• Excellent health & safety track record
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple packages in a fast-paced environment
