Planner – Tier 1 Main Contractor Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Location: Northampton (Hybrid) A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Planner to join their expanding planning team. This multi‑disciplinary contractor delivers major industrial, logistics, commercial and infrastructure projects nationwide. You’ll take ownership of tender and live programmes, working closely with site teams to produce robust, buildable schedules across schemes typically valued £10m–£60m+. Industrial Projects You’ll Work On Major industrial and logistics schemes including distribution centres, cold stores, food production, manufacturing, engineering, parcel sortation, automotive, data centres and pharmaceutical/life sciences facilities.
