Construction Project Manager - Fit out\nLocation: City of London\nSalary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum\nIndustry: Building and Construction\n\nOur client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Construction Project Manager to work on projects based in London that are accessible by transport links.\n\nResponsibilities of the role:\n\nOverseeing progress of the construction site on a day-to-day basis from initial phases to handover.\nEnsuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget as well as to the required quality standards.\nManaging client relationships through regular communication.\nEffectively managing client relationships, coordinating a variety of teams, both internal and external teams and mitigating risks.Construction Project Manager Position Requirements\n\nPrevious experience in a project manager - fit out role in the industry to be knowledgeable of the required processes.\nStrong leadership skills and prior management skills are essential.\nExcellent verbal and written communication as well as problem solving skills under pressure\nA degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field and/or relevant experience.\nProficient in key management software, strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.\nExperience in Fit Out projects, Shell & Core Projects and Design & Build contractsCompany Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary\nHealth benefits\nRetirement and financial benefits\nProfessional development\nPaid time off\nCareer progression\nBonuses & Incentives
