About the role

This is a full ownership role. You will be managing retail fit-out projects end to end, from initial programme planning through to handover, across a portfolio of fashion retail sites. The projects are fast-moving and often running concurrently, so you will need to be someone who is energised by that kind of environment rather than flattened by it.

You will be the main point of contact across project teams, which means designers, consultants, and contractors all come to you. That requires technical confidence, clear communication, and the willingness to push back when something does not look right. This is a role with real weight to it, and the team around you will expect you to carry it.

Your days will look something like this

• Managing retail fit-out projects from concept through to completion, across multiple live sites
• Owning programme, cost, and quality control throughout the full project lifecycle
• Coordinating designers, consultants, and contractors to keep everything aligned and on track
• Reviewing technical drawings in detail and challenging anything that does not stack up
• Acting as the primary client-facing contact across project teams
• Identifying and resolving issues on site before they become problems downstream
• Reporting progress and flagging risks clearly to senior stakeholders
