Redrock Recruitment are looking to recruit for their client experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established business operating in the Logistics and Distribution Sector project value ranging from £7million - £30million the successful Construction Project Manager will be able to show clear history of delivering steel frame shed builds from inception stage to completed client handover..this is a great opportunity join expanding business with a healthy project pipeline and a great company culture. canddiate must be expeienced in large steel frame projects working for Main Contractors.\nRole Overview:\nThe Construction Project Manager will be responsible for carrying out projects in the Logistics and Distribution new build sector will have a minimum of 5 years’ active construction project management experience in the above sectors, able to produce written reports and provide updates to key stakeholders, including the client and senior management team. They should also have proven experience in budget management and material control.
can delegate responsability to management team.\nKey Tasks and Responsibilities\n * Site surveys and technical meetings to create a specification for the client.\n * Preparation of contract programme & cost schedules.\n * Must have leading project design and programming.\n * Negotiating with and allocating work to subcontractors.\n * Ensuring delivery of project on-time, on-budget and to client’s satisfaction.\n * Call off and ordering of materials from technical drawings.\n * Ability to use your initiative and problem solve.\n * Reporting regularly on progress to the senior managers and client.\n * Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction\n * Working as part of the team\nDesired/Essential Skills\n * SMSTS Qualified\n * First Aid trained\n * CSCS card- Black\n * Understanding of H&S\n * RAMs approvals and carry out\n * Local to the midlands area\n * Excellent people management skills\n * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written\n * Flexible, can-do attitude\n * MS Office skills\n * Ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently\n * Full driving licence\nPackage benefits\n * Private healthcare after successful completion of probation period\n * Pension after successful completion of probation period\n * Development and career progression opportunities
