Construction Quality Manager – Special Projects

Salary: £55,000 + performance-related bonus | Location: London / hybrid | Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Construction Quality Manager to oversee the quality of major remediation works across multiple sites. This role focuses on ensuring high standards of workmanship, compliance, and fire safety while supporting project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out regular site inspections and maintain detailed quality records

* Identify defects, snagging issues, and non-compliance, and ensure corrective action is taken

* Monitor and report on contractor and sub-contractor performance

* Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and internal standards, including fire safety

* Collaborate with Project Managers, Employers Agents, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues

* Support risk management and contribute to improving asset quality and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

* Proven experience in construction quality control or site management

* Knowledge of fire safety, building standards, and regulatory compliance

* Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills

* Ability to work across multiple sites and maintain a consistent high standard of delivery
