Construction Solicitor, Birmingham, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham / Hybrid, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment with the chance to work alongside experienced industry leaders. JOB REF: 3264. THE ROLE:
Involved in a broad range of non‑contentious construction matters, spanning key sectors including retail, housing, student accommodation, hospitality, and regeneration. A varied caseload to include pre‑contract procurement advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and documentation, and advising on project delivery and risk management. Building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial objectives. Supervision of more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE. Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of construction contracts and appointments. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varied projects. A proactive approach to building internal and external relationships. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently. A commercial mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
