Stonhard Position Overview:

Stonhard’s Construction Superintendent is responsible supervising large, sometimes multi-phase, flooring construction projects. Our Superintendent works with General Contractors, Stonhard installation partners and customers to deliver finished flooring projects at customer sites.

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000 Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000 Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business Expenses

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines Present and promote Stonhard’s products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects

Qualifications:

Two or more years of related construction project management required Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems (Salesforce) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
