OverviewSouthampton and Southwest division are seeking a geriatrician with an interest in community work to join our team. The role will be within a dynamic and innovative multidisciplinary team to offer both proactive and reactive care to patients within our geography.The applicant will be expected to provide community based care and work within and strong multidisciplinary team.
