Role Overview
- Takeoverall clinical responsibilityfor a defined CAMHS caseload.
- Lead onspecialist psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventionsfor children and adolescents with complex mental health presentations.
- Provideexpert consultation, guidance, and leadershipto the multidisciplinary team, supporting safe, effective, and person-centred care.
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- GMC registrationwith inclusion on theSpecialist Register.
- CAMHS CCTor equivalentCESRin Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Approved Clinicianstatus.
- Experience working withinCAMHS inpatient and/or community settings.
- Strongleadership, communication, and MDT working skills.
