Role Overview

• Takeoverall clinical responsibilityfor a defined CAMHS caseload.
• Lead onspecialist psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventionsfor children and adolescents with complex mental health presentations.
• Provideexpert consultation, guidance, and leadershipto the multidisciplinary team, supporting safe, effective, and person-centred care.
• Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• GMC registrationwith inclusion on theSpecialist Register.
• CAMHS CCTor equivalentCESRin Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Approved Clinicianstatus.
• Experience working withinCAMHS inpatient and/or community settings.
• Strongleadership, communication, and MDT working skills.
