Role Overview
- Takeoverall clinical responsibilityfor a defined caseload of service users
- Lead onspecialist psychological assessment, formulation, and evidence-based interventionfor individuals with complex mental health needs
- Provideexpert consultation and guidanceto the multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, nurses, and social care professionals
- Participate in clinical reviews, case discussions, and service-development activities
- £60,000 per year (pro-rata / portfolio-style, depending on hours)
Requirements
- GMC registrationwith a licence to practise
- CCST / CCT (or equivalent)in the relevant area of Psychiatry
- Experience working with individuals withcomplex and enduring mental health difficulties
- Strong skills in psychological formulation and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and MDT working skills
