Responsibilities:

• Manage complex reconstructive urology cases (urethral strictures, fistulae, incontinence)
• PerformSacral Neuromodulation procedureswith full autonomy (test phase through permanent implantation)
• Lead specialist outpatient clinics and multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Deliver care within a structured10 PA Consultant job plan
• Undertake non-emergency duties during premium time sessions

Requirements:

• GMC registration with activeLicence to Practise
• On theGMC Specialist Registerin Urology
• Proven expertise in reconstructive urology and neuromodulation
• Excellent communication and MDT collaboration skills
