This is an opportunity to join a high-growth London-based advisory firm combining analytical rigour with real transaction exposure.
The Role – Consultant / Manager (London)
The team is hiring at both Consultant (2–4 years’ experience) and Manager (4–7 years’ experience) levels to support a growing deal pipeline. You will work on live private equity transactions, delivering end-to-end commercial due diligence projects for UK and European clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial due diligence workstreams
Conduct UK and international market analysis
Perform competitor benchmarking and growth assessments
Lead expert interviews and customer calls
Develop commercial models and scenario analysis
Synthesize findings into investor-ready presentations
Present directly to Private Equity clients
(Manager level) Own day-to-day project delivery and manage junior team members
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates currently based in London or open to relocating to London with experience in:
Strategy Consulting (MBB, Tier-2, or boutique firms)
Commercial Due Diligence
Transaction Advisory
Corporate Strategy
Private Equity Portfolio or Investment Teams
Required Skills
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
Experience managing workstreams or leading small teams
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced transaction environments
Intellectual curiosity across multiple industries
Prior commercial due diligence experience is essential.
