Contract: 5 months
Rate: £200 per day (Umbrella)
Hours: 5pm-9pm
Environment: Office-based

We're supporting a financial services project that handles inbound calls from customers needing updates on their pensions, savings, and compensation claims. You'll be part of a small team (around 12 people), managing back‑to‑back calls and providing calm, clear updates - particularly to customers who may be elderly or vulnerable.

What you'll be doing

Handling incoming calls and giving accurate updates on pension/financial product queries
Speaking with vulnerable customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Working within a regulated financial services environment
Logging information clearly and following set processes
Supporting a high‑volume contact centre team and maintaining strong service standards

What you'll bring

Background in financial services, banking, pensions, SIPs, savings or compensation work
Confident telephone manner and ability to handle sensitive conversations
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a structured, process-led environment
Ability to work office-based within the set hours (5pm-9pm)
