This is arewarding, hands-on rolewhere every day youll be helping to build safer, more positive family connections.What Youll Be DoingCoordinating and supervising family contact sessions in a safe, supportive environmentObserving and recording sessions with accuracy and professionalismLiaising with social workers and escalating any safeguarding concerns promptlyTransporting and escorting children and young people to and from contact sessionsWriting clear, factual reports within set timescalesAttending planning meetings, reviews, and training sessionsFollowing Swan Familys safeguarding policies at all timesWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking empathetic, reliable individuals who are:Passionate about supporting children and familiesExcellent communicators, able to remain calm and non-judgementalSkilled in observation and confident in report writingAble to manage challenging situations with sensitivity and professionalismEssential:NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Children and Young People Workforce or related fieldA valid DBS check for working with children and adults (we can help you apply if needed)Desirable:A full UK driving licence and access to your own carWhy Join Swan Family?At Swan Family, we believe in doing work that matters.
