Content Designer - Central Government (Contract)

Contract Length: Initial 3 months Rate: £375-£400 per day (Inside IR35) Location: Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to support a major UK Central Government department on an initial 3-month contract. This role is well suited to someone with prior government experience who is confident delivering high-quality content in line with GDS standards . You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to design clear, accessible, and user-centred content that supports critical public services.

The Role

As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering content that meets user needs, policy requirements, and government best practice. You will play a hands-on role in improving service journeys and ensuring content is evidence-based, accessible, and effective.
