Generates and institutionalises consumer-based knowledge and insight to drive key marketing decisions related to targeting, positioning, idea development, product development, pricing, advertising and marketing program development. Using a combination of custom-designed primary research and syndicated research tools, collects, analyses and interprets consumer feedback data and consumer behavioural data (purchase and usage) to validate propositions of investment and to shape future strategies and tactics. Leverages and manages a range of research supplier partnerships to drive the creation of new insights via brand health tracking, trend monitoring, and competitive benchmarking.
